(For dogs under 1 year old we have Hoopers Agility at 1.30pm)

Classes are booked 6 or 10 sessions at a time, and is ongoing so you and your dog can enjoy this fun sport all year round.

This class is for dogs of all abilities and experience and is designed to teach all the elements of agility whilst having fun with your dog. Each stage of the agility course will be broken down into bite size chunks so dogs and owners can train and work their dog through a fun agility course.

Agility is a great way to improve your dogs listening skills, improve their training and a great form of exercise.

We focus on different elements of agility every week, where we have different course layouts and jump patterns so you and your dog are always having a pawfect time! Your dog will learn:

Wing jumps and wraps
Long jumps
A-Frames
Dog Walks
Tyre jumps
Seesaws
Weaves

and you will learn good agility body language, how to communicate with your dog, fancy moves like front crosses, rear crosses, send aways, directions and much more.

Ipswich Classes are held in a grassed paddock at the Blue Cross Rehoming Cente in Ipswich. We are delighted to be training at the Blue Cross as Best Behaviour Dog Training support the rescue dogs with financial contributions for the use of the space as well as giving the Blue Cross rescues a space in every class so they have time out of kennels, and interaction with dogs and people whilst they are waiting to find their forever home.

The address is:

Blue Cross Rehoming Centre
Bourne Hill,
Wherstead,
Ipswich IP2 8NQ (If you are using Sat nav it may not bring you all of the way to the centre) If appraoching from the south side of Bourne Hill, you will pass the Oyster Reach restaurant, and Bourne Hill kennels on the left. Zoe and her team are amazing! I would have never believed my dog would be completing a whole agility circuit on the first day without a lead. You have possibly helped me to make a very crazy energetic spaniel focus on something for longer than a minute! Highly recommend!
