Process
Stanley has attended our group classes at both Kembroke Kennels the Blue Cross and has learnt so much already! He has also attended our Recall Masterclass at our Martlesham venue. He has covered a range of different skills in class, including:
- Engagement with his human around distractions
- Recall
- Loose lead walking
- Impulse control around food, dogs etc.
- Handling exercises for husbandry
Result
Stanley has grown from a small pup into a confident, laidback adult. Attending classes from puppyhood, through adolescence and into adulthood has ensured Stanley has grown into a confidence, calm individual. His owner says he is the calmest, happiest puppy they have ever had! Stan is incredibly focused in class, and excels at any training task with his cool, casual attitude that we love!
Attending class throughout these tumultuous life stages has meant Stanley and his humans were able to move smoothly through this transitional phases and keep him on the straight and narrow! Attending masterclasses such as our Ultimate Recall course have been a great way to brush up and progress his training foundations to ensure these lessons last a lifetime.
Being a part of a large training community of other likeminded owners, the ongoing support of instructors, working together in a variety of controlled, safe environments around people, dogs and other distractions and taking a proactive, progressive approach to training have all paid off for Stan and his human - the results are clear to anyone who meets Stanley!
