After collaborating with another local business and providing training throughout the week and across the weekend at the Dogs Play Centre in Colchester, we have had so much success and demand that we are expanding our services! We are happy to announce that we will be offering classes in Clacton!
We are so pleased our experienced trainers can now bring their skills and expertise to more dogs and humans in her area as they take charge of our new weekend Puppy & Dog Training classes at our brand new Clacton venue. As a small business, we love to support other local businesses so we are thrilled to begin offering our Saturday classes at Glamping at Lodge Farm. This venue has a 3 acre field that we are able to work from which is surrounded by greenery and nature. This venue is a fantastic place for our Puppy and Dog classes and we look forward to using the venue more!
Our Puppy & Dog classes offer a 6-tier certification programme for dogs and humans as they work through this progressive course. We know that ongoing, consistent and structured training from puppyhood, throughout adolescence and into adulthood is vital and this is why our founder – behaviourist, Zoe Willingham – created our science-based curriculum to support dogs & their humans. Formulated with an in-depth understanding of dog behaviour, we cover a range of topics from recall, lead walking and impulse control to engagement around distractions, manners at home and enrichment just to name a few.
This comprehensive course is perfect for dogs of any age and, as our skilled instructors specialise in offering a bespoke training experience for every class, they will adapt exercises to set every attendee up for success and keep high achievers feeling challenged!
Lodge Farm is just a short distance from Little Clacton, with local amenities and the shopping village nearby. A stone’s throw from Jaywick, St. Osyth and Holland-on-Sea, our new venue makes ethical, effective training more accessible to a wider Essex audience. Those in Tendring, Great Bentley and Brightlingsea will also be pleased to have access to classes just a short journey away!
