Those of you who attended our recent Pub Dog Training class will be familiar with our brand-new training venue, The Freston Boot! Just a 5-minute drive from the A14, this fantastic venue is easily accessible to those in central Ipswich and surrounding areas such as Freston, Holbrook and Chelmondiston. We are so pleased to be working with this fabulous local business and we know our customers will love being able to visit such a lovely, dog-friendly location with their pups!
As well as running more of our popular Pub Dog Training sessions here, we will be hosting our Sunday morning Puppy & Dog classes in our enclosed, designated training paddock each weekend. This is a great way for dog owners to work on building a solid training foundation in a realistic, outdoor environment with real-life distractions, in a group setting. The class offers a 44-week curriculum which was formulated by our own behaviourist and founder of Best Behaviour Dog Training, Zoe Willingham. This progressive class will support you and your dog from puppyhood, throughout adolescence and into adulthood, helping you to produce lifelong results through consistency and ethical, modern training methods.
We know many of you dream of idyllic days out with your dogs, stopping for a drink or a pub lunch and being able to relax with your best friend at your side. This is why we were so keen to collaborate with this welcoming local business, to give dog owners somewhere to start! Knowing there is a dog-friendly pub that you and your pup are familiar with will make it so much easier for both you and your dog to be successful as you teach them what to do in a pub environment. The paddock is surrounded by trees and has a gorgeous bluebell forest behind which is perfect for the wildlife and getting your dogs used to the noises around.
