Consistent weekly training for puppies

Overview

Paddy came to Best behaviour dog training as a young puppy looking for:

- lead walking skills
- help with puppy biting
- socialisation

Paddy and his humans have worked incredibly hard every week, giving him the support he needed from a young age. He is growing into a lovely, confident young dog, and is being set up to succeed in everything he does.
So far Paddy has achieved his bronze certificate and is now working towards his silver.

Process

Paddy has been attending our group class in Stowupland. Here he has been able to learn a large variety of skills. Thanks to our outdoor venue he has been able to learn and perfect his new behaviours around other dogs, people, wildlife, and many other real-world distractions!

Some behaviours we have covered include:

Emergency stop
Handling skills are especially good for a puppy that needs grooming
Lead walking skills
Building a beautiful recall
Some impulse control

Result

Thanks to starting training at a young age, paddy already has lots of great behaviours under his belt already! He has blossomed into a confident young dog and the continued support of classes is going to help him be the very best he can be! I am looking forward to seeing more of him
