We started training our two rescue dogs and it was fantastic. There was a lovely selection of dogs in class, the classes were calm and well planned. Zoe and her team were always there to help me with anything. I can't fault anything. My dogs are happy so I am happy. I would highly recommend to anyone.
The help, advice and support Zoe has given us has been absolutely wonderful, after an initial meeting as my boy had started becoming lead reactive to other dogs we were given homework which we worked on and he did so well we quickly moved on to classes which have been fantastic for his confidence and mine. We started with the beginners class at the Blue Cross Centre which is a really nice training location and he has now moved on to the Intermediate class. Force free, reward based training with a qualified trainer was the only way for us to go with a strong dog who is scared of his own shadow anything else would have been a long term disaster. I really feel like I now know what he needs and how to support him. I cannot recommend Best Behaviour Dog Training enough every lesson is interesting and informative and my dog loves it so much he wakes us up too early on a Saturday to get there and sleeps all the way home.
Zoe and her team are great and I would totally recommend her classes. Zoe is so knowledgeable and I feel that our puppy, and family (2 children ) who all come along to her classes are in very safe hands. She adapts the tasks as needed for different dogs and always gives us something new to work on, as well as being prepared to answer questions and worries. Zoe is always positive and encouraging with dogs, owners, and children, and totally guides us re positive reinforcement methods. There is no criticism or judgement shown, and we all look forward to our fun saturday classes together. Thanks Zoe!
Can't teach old dogs new tricks? We were unable to take our puppy to class this weekend because she'd come into season, Zoe suggested I bring my older dog instead and he loved it. Our biggest problem with him even at 6 years, is he gets totally overexcited when he sees other dogs on a lead. This weeks class was brilliant as it focussed on the that issue and already a day later we're seeing positive results. Can't recommend these classes enough. Thanks Best Behaviour Dog Training, walking on a lead near other dogs is going to be much more relaxed from now.
'We took our Sprocker puppy Freddie to training with Zoe and her able assistant Carl at Stowmarket. We immediately felt welcome by them and the other dog owners. The classes were fun and interesting for both the dogs and their owners and there was even an agility set up. At the first lesson we were asked to let our dogs off the lead at the half way point, which initially filled me with dread. However, we were reassured by Zoe that none of the dogs would run off. In fact they all played together close by.I have already recommended a work colleague who is now taking their dog Alfie to the Ipswich Saturday class. I would highly recommend new dog owners to attend the beginners classes.
I have recently got a Cavapoo puppy and wanted to take him to training classes. I heard about Zoes classes from a friend and took Dexter as soon as he was old enough. The training is really well organised and everything Zoe asks you to do is fully explained including why you are doing it, which really helps transfer it to everyday life. The classes are great fun for Dexter and I, he loves the training and the fact that we do a little bit of agility in the class as well. Every week is different but also manages to repeat certain tasks to reinforce them. I would definitely recommend Zoes Dog Training classes because my dog and I really enjoy them and are learning a lot from them
Zoë s classes are very friendly and relaxed. Depending on your dogs ability and age Zoë will differentiate the class so that your dog will get the most from it and improve your dogs behaviour. Zoë is always available for any queries, questions and will give you useful strategies during and after the class and is always more than happy to help. It is really enjoyable to take your dog out and about and it behaves well with other dogs and is sociable with people.
Rosie age 6 was extremely nervous around other dogs and people. Pulled on lead and barked at other dogs and people she came across while walking. We attended Zoe's classes and Rosie soon began to behave better and with plenty of very useful tips I was able to train her at home and improve her behaviour dramatically. Each new dog is assessed prior to commencement of the classes to meet the right training requirement for each individual dog and not just become a number in the group. Zoe's way of training is all about rewarding the dog and keep them happy without realising they are at school! Zoe knows dogs very well and all her heart is in providing best service for the owner but specially the dog itself. I attended a class in the past and was advised Rosie was too old to train. She was certainly not. Strongly recommended. :-)
